Salesforce Techno Functional Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work with digital business stakeholders to clarify scope, gather inputs, and coordinate change requests.
• Create process diagrams, perform impact analysis, and prepare documentation.
• Execute Salesforce configuration tasks, including permissions, workflows, Service Cloud functions, and low‑code changes.
• Understand existing Salesforce code/configuration to support CRs (no coding required).
• Act as a citizen developer to deliver small enhancements and operational changes.
• Coordinate with BAs and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Follow clear instructions and execute changes independently.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in Salesforce admin or techno‑functional roles.
• MUST have strong experience with Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Advanced Admin and App Builder certifications (preferred).
• Hands‑on with configuration, flows, permissions, low‑code tools.
• Able to read Salesforce code/config for understanding.
• Strong BA skills: scope clarification, process mapping, documentation.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
