Salesforce Developer / Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and integrations.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other platform capabilities.
Ensure best practices in coding, security, and data management within the Salesforce environment.
Perform system testing, debugging, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve system performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Consultant (minimum 2-3 years).
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Consultant) are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
