Salesforce Developer (Apex)

Job description

We are partnering with a High-end Luxury brand to hire a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Apex. This role suits engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating in a technical environment.

In this role, you will work closely with technical leads on new feature development, optimisation, integrations, and code reviews. You'll help build scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or LWC is an advantage, as a short technical assessment may be required.

Strong communication is important, as you will collaborate with product owners, business users, and developers across Hong Kong and regional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and integration logic
  • Build scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds
  • Work closely with technical leads on new feature development, enhancements, refactoring, and optimisation
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions
  • Support and improve API integrations with internal and external systems
  • Collaborate with product owners, business users, and other engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to engineering best practices
  • Troubleshoot issues, debug production incidents, and participate in continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, triggers, and Salesforce API integrations
  • Understanding of scalable Salesforce architecture and engineering best practices
  • Experience working across Service Cloud / Sales Cloud / Experience Cloud (nice to have, not mandatory)
  • Familiar with version control, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows
  • Bonus skills: JavaScript, TypeScript, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with an interest in tackling complex technical challenges
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with product owners, users, and developers across regions
  • Open to candidates from Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, and India
