Senior Salesforce Developer & Tech Lead - 1-year contract extendable/ convertible


Job Duties

• Design and implement CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their CRM needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of the CRM system with other business systems.
• Develop and maintain CRM data models and architecture.
• Monitor and optimize CRM system performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to CRM users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends.
• Develop and implement CRM best practices and standards.
• Conduct regular CRM system audits and assessments.
• Create and maintain CRM documentation and training materials

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
• Experience with CRM data modeling and architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
• Experience with CRM integration and API development.
• Knowledge of CRM best practices and standards.
