Salesforce Developer

Job description

We are looking for Salesforce Developers to join a Luxury Retail Brand's growing technology team delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, build, and optimize scalable features across the platform.

In this role, you will work closely with technical leads on new feature development, optimisation, integrations, and code reviews. You'll help build scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.

Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or LWC is an advantage, as a short technical assessment may be required.

Strong communication is important, as you will collaborate with product owners, business users, and developers across Hong Kong and regional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, test classes, batch jobs.
  • Build and optimize Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
  • Participate in technical discussions covering objects, data models, security permissions, and scalability.
  • Handle hands-on development tasks with strong problem‑solving ability.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams (onshore/offshore).
  • (Offshore) Work remotely with VM setup provided.
Requirements
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator / Platform Developer I (preferred).
  • Strong Apex fundamentals - must be able to solve coding and algorithmic problems.
  • Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals (syntax errors OK; focus on logic).
  • Understanding of Lightning components, permission sets, CRUD/FLS.
  • Ability to walk through past project contributions clearly.
  • (Bonus) Java knowledge.
