Salesforce Core Cloud BA

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams for Salesforce Core Cloud projects
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications
  • Design and optimize Salesforce Core Cloud solutions to support business processes
  • Prepare user stories, workflows, and documentation for system enhancements
  • Coordinate and support UAT, ensuring successful delivery of features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Core Cloud functionalities
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and system integration
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Agile methodology and stakeholder management
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Consultant) preferred
