Job description

Responsibilities:

- Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams for salesforce projects

- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications

- Prepare user stories, workflows, and documentation for system enhancements

- Coordinate and support UAT, ensuring successful delivery of features

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience

- Strong understanding of CRM processes and system integration

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience in Agile methodology and stakeholder management
