Sales Coordinator (Consumer Good, 20K monthly)

Job Resonsilbilty:

• Engaging with China factories through effective communication or travel arrangements.
• Collaborating with overseas customers to confirm orders and address their daily inquiries.
• Ensuring the timely and precise placement of production orders, along with providing order status reports and managing delivery schedules.
• Managing the development of samples and guaranteeing their prompt shipment.
• Overseeing the entire merchandising process, starting from product development and extending through to production.
• Creating and organizing product-related documents and reports.

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Highter Diploma or abover in any discipline
• Have 1-2 years working experience in merchandising or trading
• Familair with MS office softwares
• Strong communication skills in Chinese and English (Fluent English is highly preferred!)
• Experience working with oversea marketing is high wanted!
