Sales Admin & Accounting Assistant (Order processing)

Job description

Our client holds a distinguished position within the manufacturing industry. They develop and manufacture a wide range of products for its well-known brand, operating with top-notch management and pioneering business practices. With an aggressive growth plan, it continues to gain market share over its competitors. Currently, they are looking for an Accounting and Admin Assistant to join their Team

Job Responsibilities

  • Issue sales invoice, delivery notes and follow up sales order
  • Handle invoice documents and delivery coordination
  • Handle quotation and purchase order and follow up with suppliers
  • Responsible for daily operation of accounting department, including payments and receipts arrangement, vouchers input, invoice checking etc
  • Assist in month end closing including account reconciliation, preparing breakdown etc, to ensure accurate management reports are prepared on time,

Requirement

  • Diploma in Accounting/Business with LCCI is an advantage
  • 2-3 year relevant working experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Chinese & English work processing and experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, self-discipline
  • Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
