Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on payroll calculations.
- Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies.
- Lead and manage various projects related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Administer remuneration and social benefits, ensuring HR policies and procedures are properly executed.
- Perform market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve compensation and benefits-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Create and manage compensation and benefits budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in total rewards management.
- Experience with HR systems, particularly Oracle.
- Must be accurate and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation skills are an advantage.
