Revenue Controller (International law firm)

About Our Client:

Our client is an international law firm with over 20 offices across the globe, they are currently looking for a Revenue Controller to handle billing, WIP management, debtor status and liaise with Partners on the working capital issues

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure bills are prepared in accordance with relevant polices, guidelines and practices, both internal and external, in a timely manner
• Responsible for billing operation and overseed compliance controls for recovery of WIP and disbursements at billing stage
• Prepare financial reports AR aging reports, WIP reports, bill summary reports, and bad debt reports etc.
• Review WIPs and regular meeting with Partners on the working capital issues
• Preparing debt collections if necessary and updating the internal system
• Supporting manager on ad hoc financial projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance or any related disciplines
• At least 3 year of working experience in billing, within professional services or law firms
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
