Revenue Analyst (New headcount, HKD30k-38k)

About the client:

Our client is a long history publicly listed property developer in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for a Revenue Analyst for their strategy team. This new hire will be focus on revenue and strategy planning for their hotel business.

Report to Revenue and Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze and evaluate business performance and revenue trends
• Develop revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Business Partner with different teams including sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and distribution strategies
• Analyze and interpret data sets to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth
• Make recommendations to improve pricing strategies and drive revenue growth
• Conduct research on updated market insights and knowledge
• Other ad-hoc projects and reporting as requested by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of relevant working experiences, preferable within hotel industry
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• SAP or Oracle work experiences is preferred
• Good command in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
