Retail Service Excellence Trainer, $30-40K

Responsibilities

• onduct ongoing field coaching to ensure Beauty Consultants, Specialists, and Experts are able to perform 100% implementation on knowledge and skills at POS.
• Implement sales & promotional activities at store level
• Provide counseling, coaching, training and motivating the retail sales staff at shops with strong business drive
• Lead the Specialist team and monitor the on-going on counter service.

Requirnments

• Minimum +5 years relevant experience in retail shop management or retail operations
• Energetic, supportive, independent with self-initiative, business acumen and numerical sense
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
