Retail Performance Manager

The company

Our client is a French luxury goods conglomerate which designs and manufactures jewellery, leather goods and watches. They are looking for a Retail Performance Manager to support the development of the Performance culture in their network of boutiques and support them in enhancing their performance on a daily basis. This role will be responsible to design and implement management tools & KPIs to measure and optimize the Store operations. The position will be responsible for HK and Macao market and oversees around 13 Point of sales.


  • Collect & consolidate data from relevant parties to prepare monthly sales report, set up KPI for sales analysis
  • Acquire necessary external data from all channels to enrich analysis combined with market insight and business result for decision making
  • Provide regular in-depth analysis of outliers over and underperforming stores/ boutique staff and work with the management to improve the performance
  • Coordinate business direction with boutique team and key stakeholders. Conduct evaluation framework to give clear direction on target result
  • Identify needs and bring together different parties on to create rapport, leverage support or create new opportunities to drive more sales
  • Formulate sales strategy with individual staff to anchor big sales and recommend value added activities that will increase individual UPT, promotes cross-selling of categories, increases retention and return rates of clients
  • Close monitoring on major sales leads and provide support on settlement for discount negotiation and stock arbitration
  • Work closely with finance team to formulate and roll out of new compensation scheme for boutique team
  • Research on market feedback for management to bridge the gap, report on progress and discuss action plans
  • Perform regular reports and give recommendation to ensure that staffing is in line with the respective Store's customer traffic and support increase in customer conversion rate
  • Organize working committee to bring in key stakeholder including boutique members to increase project transparency and facility executions
  • Handle project and develop KPI score for new boutique opening or expansion


  • University degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or similar field
  • With minimum 6 years' working experience on Boutique Management, Retail Analytics, Store Planning, KPIs in a leading luxury company.
  • Strong analytical skills and sensitive to number, able to consolidate large amount of data
  • Strong stakeholder management skill, willing to work in a cross-functional and bring in multiple key project stakeholders together and unify their goal.
  • Agile, curious, open-minded & show strong teamwork skills as a leader and a team player
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting short deadlines.
  • Watch and Jewelry / Fashion / retail / luxury background is definitely an advantage
  • English and Cantonese is a must, Mandarin is a plus
