Resourcing and Onboarding Manager (Kowloon, up to 50k)

Job description

  • 12 month contract (may renewable)
  • 5+ years talent acquisition experience
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Key responsibilities

  • Work with line managers closely to identify the manpower needs and develop feasible and effective recruitment strategies
  • Review and streamline end to end recruitment process for various positions
  • Develop effective recruitment channels and manage external vendors for quality services.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is in compliance with banking regulations and requirement
  • Assist in planning, organizing and implementing new initiatives
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required


  • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, English Studies or a related discipline
  • 5+ years talent acquisition experience in sizable organization with a strong focus on recruitment in a sizable corporation
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Anti-discrimination Ordinances
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Hands-on, well-organized, proactive and detail-minded
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
