Remittance Manager

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of inward, outward, and outsourced remittance services.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and improve workflows, procedures, and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in remittance, with strong knowledge of payment execution and transaction monitoring, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) matters.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
