Job description

Job Duties

  • To provide proactive and tailored account management
  • Advise customers on different engagements, fee-based products/services
  • Acquire new customers through converting referral leads
  • To liaise, monitor and gate-keeping the lifestyle services provided by external vendors

Requirements

  • Fluent English, Cantonese is required
  • Required to attend events and reply to customer's enquiries
  • A genuine interest in travelling, fashion, arts, music, sports and theatre would be an added advantage
