Job Duties

  • Ensure all regulatory returns and financial disclosures are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing assigned regulatory reports, ensuring robust control checks and reconciliation processes are in place.
  • Maintain consistent documentation standards across all assigned reports.
  • Stay updated on new regulatory requirements related to Finance, and lead coordination efforts with relevant stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to boost reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in system enhancement projects within accounting and reporting functions.
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects and initiatives within the Accounting Department.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting or audit experience with HKMA regulations (Big 4 background preferred).
  • Familiarity with programming languages is a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong analytical mindset and awareness of internal controls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
