Regional Technical Operations Manager - Insurance

Job description

Roles and Respondsibilites:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in ICT facility design and operations, including power, cooling, safety, and security systems.
  • Manage base building infrastructure and operations
  • Lead asset management, preventive/statutory maintenance, and critical activities (e.g., power downs, IT changes).
  • Lead regional environmental and energy initiatives aligned with ISO 14001 standards.
  • Support office projects such as re locations, new site setups, and downsizing.
  • Drive continuous improvement based on audits and performance data.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of Environmental Performance Indicators (EPIs).
  • Collaborate with IT and regional security teams to maintain and troubleshoot CCTV and access control systems.
  • Support remote testing and commissioning of security systems.
  • Conduct due diligence in site selection, leasing, and procurement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in engineering operations and infrastructure projects.
  • Corporate real estate experience, ideally in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and ITIL-based incident/change management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work across diverse cultures and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel across APAC for projects and audits.
