Regional Senior Wholesale Executive - Retail

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the backbone of our wholesale department by expertly managing order processing, invoicing, and shipment coordination.
• Process customer orders with precision and address inquiries swiftly, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Dive into sales analytics to identify trends and assist in forecasting future demand, driving strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation, supporting contract negotiations, including purchase agreements, in collaboration with key departments.
• Oversee the logistics of sales orders and deliveries, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure prompt collection of receivables from clients, optimizing cash flow.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with wholesale clients, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, complemented by regional experience in wholesale.
• 3 years of relevant experience in wholesale.
• Skilled in MS Office and Excel for efficient data management.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client and logistical challenges.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, supporting operations effectively.
