Regional Senior Business Analyst (12-month renewable contract)

What You'll Do

  • Discovery & Stakeholder Management:
    Engage business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and success metrics. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs; synthesize insights into clear problem statements. Build trusted relationships and influence decisions across the organization.
  • Requirements & Analysis:
    Document current and future-state processes; define user stories with acceptance criteria. Translate ambiguous requests into actionable outcomes, requirements, and measurable KPIs/OKRs. Assess feasibility, dependencies, and impacts across people, process, data, and systems.
  • Backlog & Prioritization:
    Create and manage value-focused backlogs; define MVPs and leverage prioritization frameworks. Develop business cases and benefits hypotheses, tracking realization of project value and success.
  • Project Delivery & Governance:
    Manage hybrid or waterfall plans as needed. Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, oversee change requests, and prepare executive-ready project updates. Track project plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
  • Testing & Readiness:
    Define test strategies with QA, lead UAT planning and execution, and manage issue resolution. Prepare training, communications, and cutover/hypercare plans for seamless go-lives.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Capture lessons learned and contribute to enhancing analysis, documentation, and delivery standards. Develop templates, playbooks, and best practices to elevate the team's performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-7 years in Business Analysis or Product/Delivery roles in digital/technology environments
  • 2-4 years in consulting (management, technology, digital transformation) or client-facing roles
  • Proven end-to-end leadership of small-to-mid sized projects or workstreams
  • Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills (user stories, BRD/FRD, acceptance criteria)
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery; able to run ceremonies or manage project plans
  • Data-savvy, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity and drive outcomes without formal authority
  • Executive-ready communicator, with strong workshop facilitation and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter who operates autonomously, anticipates issues, and moves work forward
