Regional Release Analyst - Cotract

Job description

Regional Release Management Analyst/ Support BA (2-5 years) , Luxury Retail

We are considering only candidates with less than 1 month notice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage release planning and scheduling details for the project and cutover details
  • Contacting up to multiple touchpoints and owners to get latest update on environment connectivity and timelines
  • Coordinating with existing CRM release team regarding current releases and environments for conflicts and concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and CRM platform

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as Support Analyst/ BA/ Release Management
  • Strong coordinating, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
