Regional Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Our client is a MNC focused on delivering innovative solutions for agricultural productivity. We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the APAC-wide implementation and upgrade of SAP S/4HANA across multiple countries. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for the project, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, external consultants, and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and monitor project plans from blueprint to go-live.
• Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with external consultants and internal IT teams in China, Hong Kong, and India.
• Ensure alignment across different country versions and upgrades.
• Implement controls to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Act as the main liaison for internal needs transfer and conflict resolution.
• Present updates to the Steering Committee regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years in IT project management, with proven SAP S/4HANA experience (at least one module).
• Exposure to projects outside Greater China preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, SD/MM, PP/PM/eHS).
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (essential for cross-border coordination).
• Willingness to travel frequently within APAC.
