Regional Network Manager (Bank and FSI)

Responsibilities:

• Network manager role with regional coverage
• Manage perm and contract staffs within the team
• Manage multiple external vendors to provide services to support the firm
• Planning, design and implement appropriate network technological solutions
• Provide evaluation, architecture, and engineering support of enterprise data network solutions.
• Enhance the network infrastructure for implementation of cyber security initiatives, e.g. PIM, SIEM, DLP, APT etc.
• Work closely with difference application development and vendors for service delivery.
• Maintain and monitor data network efficiency, performance and security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relate discipline
• 10 years or above working experience about Data Network Technology
• 5-year proven technical experience within cyber security domain
• Expert level in Campus and Branch Networking Engineering.
• Technical knowledge on Router, Switch, Firewall, SDWAN, SDN, Monitoring Tools, Virtualization Networking Configuration, Network Security
• Data Network knowledge in the following:
• • IP Routing - BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF, RIP, MPLS, L2-VPNs.
  • Switching Platforms - Cisco 9K/7K, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco 6800
  • WAAS - Cisco Platforms, WCCP
  • VxLAN, Defense in Depth Ring Architecture, Network Security Concepts, Switching Technologies, Firewall Technologies
  • Wireless Controllers
• Professional level vendor certification is must.
• Fluent in Chinese, with proficiency in English is must
