My client is a top tier US building material brand. As a market leader, they have a great reputation among designer firms, architects, developers and retail consumers. Looking for further improve their marketing performance, they are now in search of a Regional Marketing Lead.

Reporting to the Director, you will be driving the marketing communication strategy for the regional market. As a Regional Marketing Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and driving marketing communication and trade marketing campaigns for the APAC market with adaptation from regional guideline to local
  • Driving marketing communication and trade marketing activities to maximize brand performance including ATL, BTL, trade show, trade promotion, product launch, corporate event etc
  • Driving brand's awareness across multiple channel including interior designers, architects, developers and retail consumer
  • Leading and driving brand's loyalty program
  • Managing brand's digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM< social media, KOL and ecommerce workflow
  • Collaborating with local marketing teams to ensure regional guideline, compliance and brand awareness
  • Leading the budgeting allocation and marketing plan to maximize marketing coverage

To qualify, one must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 6 years of marketing experience within the consumer sector
  • Regional marketing experience is a MUST
  • Experience with high end / quality or luxurious brand will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Energetic, proactive with cheerful personality and high creativeness
  • Strong command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
