Regional M365 Technical Business Analyst

Your Role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, goals, and challenges related to Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization using Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including system architecture, data models, workflows, and integration points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, developers, and project managers, to ensure effective implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Assist with the configuration and customization of Microsoft 365 applications, such as Purview, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Power BI, to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) to ensure Microsoft 365 solutions meet the defined requirements and business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, helping them adopt and effectively utilize Microsoft 365 applications and features.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of Microsoft 365 solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Your Skills and Knowledge

  • Have at least 1 year experience of Microsoft 365 migration/ implementation in a leading role recently
    • Must have experience in Exchange Online migration, Teams, Intune (MDM/ MAM), SharePoint Online and OneDrive
    • Not necessary to have Purview / Power Platform
  • Able to communicate with regional IT teams and business users effectively
    • Since this is a regional role, there will be discussions with other locations (e.g. Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and etc.)
    • Speak a language that business can understand (e.g. able to explain some technical items in non-technical terms)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
