Regional Infrastructure Manager, US MNC

Our client,a well renowned US multinational corporation is now actively looking for a Regional Infrastructure Manager to join their family.

This key position will be reporting to Head of IT based in their regional office - Singapore and he or she will be managing a team of 3 people.

Regional Infrastructure Manager, US MNC

You will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, including system, network & implementing Azure cloud solution. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of 3 people, ensuring the stability and security of our infrastructure, implementing, and maintaining IT policies and procedures, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Your job responsiblities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure team, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, networks, and hardware.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional development and high-performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IT infrastructure solutions.
• Plan, implement, and monitor IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system deployments.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to the existing IT infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures related to infrastructure management, security, and compliance.
• Monitor and ensure the security of the IT infrastructure, including implementing best practices for data protection, access control, and disaster recovery.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure management, making recommendations for improvements and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, ITIL) are a plus.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server administration, virtualization technologies, and cloud computing.
• Solid experience in Microsoft platform, e.g., Windows 2012/2016, Microsoft SQL, Window AD, Azure, Office 365 and other related technologies
• Experience in IT infrastructure, TCP/IP Networking and cybersecurity
