Regional Finance Manager

Job description

Our client is a leading brand with sales operations worldwide and factory located in China.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and oversees the financial reports for entities across the China, Hong Kong and SEA regions
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and develop actionable strategies to support business objectives
  • Partner with various business units to gain deep insights into performance drivers
  • Prepare group consolidation reports and conduct monthly management meeting for business performance review
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance and business operations
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and financial institutions
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or any finance related discipline
  • CPA qualification
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in an all-rounded finance role with at least 5 years of working background in manufacturing industry
  • Regional experience including China and SEA markets is required
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and mandarin
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid experience on costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Excellent skills in people management
