Regional Data Support Analyst/ Data BA (2-6 years), Luxury Retail, 1-yr contract extendable

12 months contract, 2 days WFH per week, high flexibility

Job Description: As a CRM Data Analyst, you will be responsible for navigating technical issues, analyzing customer data to provide insights that improve customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, customer service, and technical teams to implement data-driven strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze CRM data to identify issues for users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and CRM platform
  • Conduct data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure and workflows.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on CRM data tools and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as Data Support Analyst/ Data Analyst/ Data BA
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a CRM or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
