Recruitment Consultant Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and client coordination. You will gain practical experience in talent acquisition, market research, and relationship management within a fast-paced recruitment agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Recruitment Consultants with end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening calls.

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database/ATS.

  • Support job posting on various job boards and platforms.

  • Conduct market mapping and talent research for active searches.

  • Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for client submissions.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and hiring activities.

Key Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.

  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and digital tools.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
