Recruitment Assistant - up to 20K (2 months contract)

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for general positions (job posting, phone interview, interview arrangement, CV formatting)
  • Ensure all recruitment and on-boarding documents are well managed
  • Update HR system as well as personnel record
  • Handle the assigned ad hoc projects or tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above with 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Well-organized, independent, self-motivated and fast learner
  • Excellent in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
