Receptionist - (MNC, up to 30k)

Job description

  • Experience in financial services/ Fin-Tech
  • Relevant administrative and reception experience
  • Fluency in English required

Key Responsibilities

  • General reception duties including handling incoming telephone enquiries, greeting visitors in a professional manner, assisting in room booking and facility arrangement
  • Performs general clerical & administrative duties associated with distributing office faxes, packages and mail as required.
  • Assist in keeping the office tidy, including for office equipment and facilities


  • University degree holder in administration or equivalent disciplines
  • 3 + year of office administration or reception experiences
  • A good team player, willing to learn and able to work under high pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English
  • Project management experiences is a Plus
