Quantity Surveyor 35-45k | E&M background

My client is one of the biggest energy company that is listed in Hong Kong. They are looking for a QS to join them as a Commerical & Risk Management Officer (1 year renewable contract) to support the team.

Job Description

• Support the Risk Management function day-to day from pre- to post- contract stage, including but not limited to tendering, cost estimation and control, final account settlements, contract administration, etc.
• Understand the allocation of contract and operational risk and to review or propose risk assessments and mitigations
• Ensure compliance on management approval and delegations under the company management authority manual with regards to pre-contract, post contract and supply chain activities
• Prepare reports and statistics of tenders and contracts, presentation materials and deliver presentation as required
• Conduct regular reporting on project status and maintain necessary record

Requirement

• Degree in Business, Risk Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience
• E&M background is an advantage
• Good command in English and Cantonese is required to liaise with different stakeholders
