Property Officer

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth communication with tenants, clients, and agents while addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Supervise and maintain quality standards for repair and maintenance schedules.
  • Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, WhatsApp) and coordinate appliance orders for tenants.
  • Provide administrative support including weekly reporting and rent collection tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and report directly to the manager.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery to tenants.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Property Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with tenants and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and setting priorities.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, with experience working with expatriate tenants.
