Job duties

  • System design, development, testing, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement
  • Coordinate with IT and user team on system deployment arrangement
  • Lead and prepare SIT / UAT test plan and manage test execution and documentation to ensure completeness and traceability
  • Lead and perform user training and prepare user manual


  • Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related field
  • Experience in managing system integration projects is highly preferred
  • Solid experience in development and implementation of large/middle scale applications in insurance /banking industry
  • Knowledge in Life Insurance products and business flow is preferable
  • Good communication skills, able to work with various user departments, technical teams and vendors
