Project Manager （Infrastructure）

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management across multiple IT domains, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams, commercial sales, presales, and multiple external service providers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and track deliverables to ensure quality and timely outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders, PMO, and senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage project-related financials.
  • Support project activities during non-office hours or holidays when required.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in IT project management, particularly in infrastructure-related projects.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects in international and enterprise-level environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of networking, servers, storage, data centers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and software systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage third-party vendors effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced, evolving project demands.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
