Project Assistant/ Junior Project Management

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate defect tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain issue status and statistical reports, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Work with Jira for issue tracking and project reporting.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project documentation for management and stakeholders.
  • Provide project coordination support to the Senior Project Manager during UAT and reporting phases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Around 3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or similar roles within the financial services sector (both banking and insurance backgrounds are welcome).
  • Familiar with Core Banking systems (Deposits/Loans) is an advantage.
  • Hands‑on experience with Jira and MS Office tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good presentation and reporting abilities, familiar with general project management concepts.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice
