Program Manager - Insurance Space (80K - 120K)

*About the Team*
This position is within the Chief Strategic Delivery Team of the International Hubs, which includes business centers in Hong Kong, Bermuda, and Singapore. The team primarily handles three key business functions: HR, Finance, and Transformation. The focus is on enhancing the maturity of business unit (BU) executions and expanding the portfolio of life and health insurance offerings.

*Role Overview*
We are seeking a highly experienced and business-oriented Dragon Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at transforming the client advisory journey and agency experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with various Sun Life directors, as well as digital and IT teams.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Lead large-scale, complex programs and projects focused on transforming the client journey.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements, develop roadmaps, and identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Craft compelling narratives and effectively communicate the vision and goals of the programs.
  • Manage differing opinions and navigate legal considerations in project execution.
  • Oversee local and regional teams, facilitating biweekly meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards program objectives.
  • Work closely with program sponsors to deliver value and meet business goals, primarily supporting the Hong Kong market.

    *Qualifications*
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a large insurance firm (e.g., AIA, AXA, Manulife, Prudential).
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to transform client journeys.
  • Proficiency in both Cantonese and English is required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects using agile methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
