Procurement Officer (Banking | 20 - 25k)

My client is marketing leading bank. Looking to enhance their procurement function, they are now in search of a Procurement Officer. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Procurement Officer.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare purchase orders, pricing quotation (along with comparison) for the procurement of goods and services
• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy in asset management in database
• Maintain up-to-date asset records for all purchased items in compliance with company policies
• Utilize procurement and asset management software systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, including inventory management and cross-functional process improvement initiatives

To qualify, one must possess

• Form 5 graduate with at least 1 year of purchase orders management experience
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Procurement Officer
• Experience on handling quotation and price comparison across different vendors
• Proficient with MS Offices and both Chinese + English word processing
• Fast learner, good communication skills and team player personality
• Proficient in both written Chinese and English
