Pricing/Product Manager (banking Industry) - up to 90K

1. Managing GBS end to end
Engagement , pricing setups, issues, escalations
Any repricing, new deals , new products have a direct GBS impact

2. P&R initiatives for repricing along with Product managers

• Identify new areas / pricing opportunities
• Work with Data team for the same
• Handle communication and engagement with Coverage, L&C
• Implement and monitor
• Track performance

3. Drive Regional Pricing Initiatives and Regional deal review

4. Pricing Governance - Review of existing pricing requests, ensure the governance is followed, identify any outliers, review/make changes to the deal processes. MCA linked to pricing.

Qualifications:

* 5-7 years of project management experience -preferably from financial services environment or consultancy practice.

* .

* Ability to communicate with multiple levels of organization (e.g. working group subject matter experts, as well as senior steering committee members)

* Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.

* Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, metrics.

* Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
