Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling visa applications and renewals for domestic helpers
  • Scheduling and coordinating medical appointments for family members
  • Managing pet care needs, including grooming, vet visits, and supplies
  • Overseeing household errands and purchases
  • Liaising with service providers and contractors for home maintenance
  • Organizing household documents and records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in household or personal assistant roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential matters
  • Familiarity with household operations and vendor coordination
