Payroll Operation Manager | 60K

Job description


Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll operations for our Hong Kong workforce, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Develop and implement robust payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and compliance
  • Manage the payroll team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to integrate payroll data and streamline reporting
  • Ensure payroll-related statutory requirements, tax obligations, and regulatory changes are addressed promptly
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead the implementation of system upgrades or new payroll solutions
  • Provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making on compensation and benefits



Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits/ Payroll Operation
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing employee benefit programs
  • Familiarity with global salary and benefits surveying tools
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to make firm and timely decisions, with a result-oriented mindset
  • Collaborative leadership style to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
