Payroll officer (1 year contract, up to 28k)

Job description

  • Payroll and C&B administration function
  • Degree holder in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience


  • Perform end to end payroll processing for HK and Macau
  • Prepare leaver papers including final payment calculations, and other exit formalities
  • Support MPF/ORSO reporting, medical scheme administration, tax reporting
  • Provide administration support in year-end processes, such as salary review and bonus payment process, rental reimbursement administration and annual tax return filing
  • Assist in annual and ad hoc HR related projects


  • Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Min 3 years relevant experience in in payroll management from sizable companies or service provider
  • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
  • detail-oriented with high degree of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Good in written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
