Payroll and Administration Officer

We are looking for a Payroll and Administration Officer to join our team in Hong Kong with your duties as follows:

  • Preparation of contracts
  • Contract signing with candidates
  • Collecting monthly timesheets
  • Calculating OT, Expenses, Gratuity etc.
  • Contractor payroll report
  • Database management of contractor & employees
  • Answer questions about taxes, compensations, benefits
  • Liaison with Finance Department for invoicing
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Operations Manager

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Higher Diploma or above in HR, Account or other Business related disciplines
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Pension/MPF regulations in Hong Kong
  • Meticulous individual with a strong eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to interact with clients and candidates
  • Able to multi task and work well under pressure
