(Part time) Accounting Assistant | Financial Analyst - 2 roles!

Job description

My client is a manufacturing company, they are looking for 2 temp workers to support the Finance team. The first contract period will be starting from now until end of November, your work schedule ideally will be Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm.

1. Temp Accounting Assistant

  • Support daily accounting duties including invoice processing, payments, bank erconciliations
  • Ensure data is accurately recorded on the system
  • Data entry and bookkeeping
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

2. Temp Financial Analyst

  • Handle financial analysis and modelling for BU and management's decision making
  • Assist in budget, forecast and variance analysis
  • Support in system implementation and enhancement project
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reports by projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
