Operations Project Manager - Transformation

Job Duties

  • Coordinate actions between Operations team in Asia and all internal stakeholders including Compliance, Legal, Front-Office and IT
  • Be in charge of all PMO activities (from planning, governance, reporting, dashboard and progress report etc)
  • Collect and formalize user business requiremenets, prepare test cases for the operaitonal teams
  • Act as the bridge point between users and IT teams during projects
  • Maintain up-to-date RAID log and provide up to date project status reports
  • Carry out studies on existing set-up to find areas for improvements
  • Prepare and implement Change Management plans for Operations team
  • Participate to transversal projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics or Engineering
  • Good knowledge of the Operations department in an Investment Bank with reconciliation processes experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and hardworking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other PC applications
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
