Operations Officer (Fresh Grads welcome!)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Unit Trust, Hedge Fund, and Private Equity transaction processing with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance with tight operational timelines.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational exceptions, discrepancies, and irregularities in a timely and controlled manner.
• Escalate unresolved issues and exceptions promptly to management to ensure visibility, risk awareness, and appropriate action.
• Contribute to business initiatives and projects, including user requirement gathering, data analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post‑implementation support.
• Support ad‑hoc operational tasks and special assignments as required to meet business needs.
• Maintain effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of fund products, including Unit Trusts, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity.
• Experience handling manual processing within high‑volume transaction environments under tight processing windows is preferred.
• Strong numerical ability and good proficiency with operational systems and computer applications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage issues efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fresh gradudates with good atittude, willing to learn are welcome
