Operation Specialist - Banking Space (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day Payments Operations tasks and processing, such as cash collection posting handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations.
- Aid with processing firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
- Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
- Data entry support for the Payments Operations products processing.
- Check printing and physical documents packaging.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance and control policies including local regulations as required.
- Track and monitor daily processing and ensure process is carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
- Active follow-up as required and ensure issues are promptly resolved.

Requirements:
- Physical Documents Packaging and Reconciliation Experience
- Banking Product Knowledge & Working Experience will be a plus
- Fund Transfer Experience (SWIFT, RTGS))
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel), Excel Macro, VBA, Printer and Scanner Usage
- Minimum Diploma holders, Fresh graduate welcome
