Operation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outsourced vault facility for Global Banknotes Operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth transaction fulfillment.
• Handle discrepancy resolution processes and maintain workflow compliance.
• Prepare reports and analyze operational procedures.
• Provide guidance on procedural, technical, and operational changes to internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain, shipping, transportation, import/export, or banking operations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical.
• Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts and public holidays.
