Offline Channel Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and retail operations teams to create and implement visually appealing merchandise displays in retail shops.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to select and obtain quotations for POSM promotional materials, evaluating proposals and making recommendations.
  • Oversee the printing and production process, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and delivering high-quality output.
  • Support promotional activities by coordinating external advertising placements and internal communications for consistent messaging.
  • Manage the distribution and installation of promotional materials to designated locations.
  • Assist in budget allocation and tracking for offline marketing initiatives.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in marketing support or a similar role, with a focus on offline channel management.
  • Multimedia design experience is an advantage!
  • Proficiency in design applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Chinese Word Processing is an advantage!
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing materials printing and production processes.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing and advertising principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
